I am very upset to the quality of my flat as defects were found in everywhere. However, I really loved the surrounding area of LS and the lovely view of my flat. Now, I am struggling to make a decisiion whether tosell it or not as I can still be able to gain profit for the time being.

Even if you sell it, I suggest you request Sino to fix all issues first, otherwise you cannot sell at a good price.
